Charger Charging Rate
Trickle charge -
Usually take up to eight hours to charge an electric vehicle.
Used when overnight charging at home, using a Mode 2 power supply.

~8km/30 mins charging rate

~7kW Charging capacity
~20km/30mins charging rate

This uses Mode 3 power supply that may take up to eight hours to fully charge an electric vehicle.
Also suitable for at home, charging overnight.
Fast charge -

Describes using Mode 3 power supplies that have been enhanced to enable faster AC charging. Suitable for on-the-move charging.
Rapid charge -
>50kW Charging capacity
~100km/30mins charging rate

This typically describes Mode 4 (DC) charging systems and is the fastest charging option currently available in New Zealand.

First, pick your suitable and desired charger according to your car model and available space for charger installation.

Second, contact us by either giving us a phone call, or send us an email with all your required details. We will need a photo of your switchboard and a wide area picture of the location you want your charger to be installed.

Once your message reach us, you will then receive a email, or one of our support staff will then contact you by phone to arrange an on-site meeting to check your exact requirements if needed, and commence installation.
